BOOKING

Please e-mail or telephone (314-323-6852) first to see if period required is available.

We require a $100 reservation deposit at the time of booking. I will e-mail, fax or mail you a contract for you
to send with the $100.

Remainder of rental amount is due in full 60 days prior to arrival. Two weeks before your arrival we require a
$200 refundable damage deposit. At this time we will send you keys, directions, etc.

CANCELLATION / REFUNDS

Cancellation 60 days prior to planned arrival will result in a full refund. Cancellations made in between 30 and 59
days will result in a 50% refund. Any cancellation less than 30 days before reservation start date will result in a
full fortfeiture of rental amount. Taxes collected however, will be returned to you.

SECURITY DEPOSIT

Guests are responsible for loss, damage or breakage to the property or its contents during their stay. Therefore a refundable security deposit of $200 (US dollars) will be required which will be held against such an occurrence.
An inspection is done both before and after your stay. Within 2 weeks of returning home we ask that you mail the keys back to us. At that time we will refund the damage deposit to you less any amount required to cover repairs or damages that occurred during your visit.

LIABILITY

No claim can be made on the owners or managing agents for accident, loss or injury (however caused).
We strongly advise an all inclusive insurance cover.
