Our
NEW LUXURY CONDO has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can sleep 6-8
guests.
It is on the first
(ground) floor, very close to the pool and clubhouse.
The
unit is fully air conditioned and is equipped with new furniture and
appliances. The kitchen has a cooker, integrated microwave, large refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, waste
disposal, coffee maker, blender,
toaster and a full set of cutlery, crockery, utensils and housewares.
There is also a washing machine and dryer,
iron and ironing board.

The
lounge features a 27" Cable TV, VCR, DVD and CD player.
There
is comfortable seating and a full dining table and chairs. DSL Internet
access is available for guests' use

The master bedroom is beautifully furnished
with a king size
bed, 19" TV, en-suite bathroom and a walk-in closet.

The second bedroom has
a queen bed, 19" TV, VCR and
double closet.

The third bedroom has
twin beds, 13" TV, DVD and
double closet.
There is a pull-out
sleeper bed and for our guests with
younger children we provide a portacrib and high chair.

linens and towels are provided.

furniture.

The rental price
includes electricity, cable TV,
local telephone calls and the use of linen and towels.
We are sorry there are no pets and no
smoking are allowed.
